Demand for LaVigne products is constantly growing, with hundreds of retail stores across Canada, and a rapidly rising number in the USA, now carrying our products.
We’re always looking for more retailers to come on board. We do offer introductory packages, ongoing product support, telephone training 8:30am-4:30pm PST, and most importantly, great customer service to our retail partners.

LaVigne Natural Skincare products are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you purchase a product at www.lavignenaturals.com and are not 100% happy with it, the following policy applies.
1. The product must contain at least 50% of its contents.
2. Initiate your return by using the online Returns form.
3. You will receive an email response from Customer Service. When the return is permitted, you will receive at Return Reference Number.
4. You are responsible for the shipping charges in connection with the return.
5. We will refund your credit card within 14 days of receiving your return. We will email you a copy of the credit card refund once it is processed. Returns received without a Return Reference Number are not eligible for refund. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
